  We have known David for at least 20 years and his Dear wife, Joy, before they were married. They are the most devoted, loving couple I have known in a long time. Not only to each other and their sons but to the calling of God in their lives. They are very devoted to God and the people in their care. They take their ministry very seriously and are completely devoted to teaching the truth of God's word to make changes in the people they meet and minister to. They are doing a great work in Congress and have made a difference in many lives, not just in Congress but every one they meet. Carl and Karen

  Bill and I have been going to this Church for 8+ years. David and Joy have been a inspiration to both of us.Everything is taught from the Bible. We are totally Christ centered, the main goal is to bring people to Christ. There's Sunday school at 9:30am, regular services at 11:00, we also have a Celebrare Recovery program that is Christ centered for anyone who has any hurt, hang-up or habit that is on Thursday's at 6:00pm. We are a small country Church with a Big heart. Everyone is welcome.

  This is a good church. The congregation is friendly and focused on God and spiritual growth. The pastor changes the people in their faith and knowledge of the Bible. If you love the Lord and want to grow in your spiritual life, This church will help you in that goal.

  Lovely congregation of varying ages. Pastor David teaches his flock to bear fruit and in this process is doing a wonderful service by equipping the congregation of approximately 70 attendees both in Sunday School and Church Services.
  If you are looking for a one time visit to a local church or are seeking a new home church where you will be loved and encouraged, give Congress FBC a visit. Try it...you'll like it!!

  Pastor David and Joy are neighbors and friends. From the first time I met them, I was struck by the Biblical knowledge these two poses; not only head knowledge but heart knowledge. I have my own church but one Sunday my church was not meeting so I decided to attend FBC. I was warmly welcomed by all and learned that Pastor David lives what he believes, believes what he teaches, and teaches God’s Word straight from the Bible. Christ is clearly at the reins of here. Now, it is a long way to travel for me but if I ever have another Sunday free, I will visit FBC again.
